Risk Assessment Questions Cover:
•Are the premises shared with another business? If Yes have areas of responsibility been agreed?
•Are there any contractors and or agency employees regularly working on site?
•Are the premises spread out? (e.g several buildings on site or multi-floor buildings)
•Are there different parts of the premises where different levels of risk can be identified (e.g. workshops, labs, kitchens)
•At least one nominated First Aid Appointed Person / Administrator has been agreed and clearly communicated?
