Risk Assessment 'First Aid Premises and nominated Administrator / Appointed Person' Questions Cover:

 

1.1Are the premises shared with another business? If Yes have areas of responsibility been agreed?

1.2Are there any contractors and or agency employees regularly working on site?

1.3Are the premises spread out? (e.g several buildings on site or multi-floor buildings)

1.4Are there different parts of the premises where different levels of risk can be identified (e.g. workshops, labs, kitchens)

1.5At least one nominated First Aid Appointed Person / Administrator has been agreed and clearly communicated?
